Health can be a straight, clear road, but it can also be a rocky path full of obstacles. How can we ensure equal access to healthcare for everyone – without unnecessary detours, dead ends and barriers?

At the closing conference of the EU Interreg project ‘Health for All’, the project partners – the City of Graz Health Hub, Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, the Murska Sobota Primary Care Centre and the WHO Collaboration Centre in Murska Sobota – will present the results of their three years of work and research, as well as key future challenges relating to health equity.

Two keynote speeches, one from a political-philosophical perspective and the other drawing on a leading British social medicine project, invite us to rethink healthcare and health promotion in new, broader and different ways.

Twelve parallel workshops offer practical insights:

  • Access and existing barriers to care
  • Health promotion and prevention strategies
  • Digital health literacy
  • The impact of climate on health

Together with experts from the health and social care sectors, academia and politics, we aim to examine current developments, share experiences and discuss practical solutions. The aim of the conference is to strengthen dialogue, bring together different perspectives and provide impetus for a fair, sustainable and prevention-oriented healthcare landscape.

The day will conclude with a joint celebration at the Festival of Health.

The event is limited to a fixed number of participants, so we recommend registering as soon as possible.
